Hudson Investment Group Highlights

  • The Company is continuing to explore potential sale or redevelopment options for the Bowen Hills QLD properties. This may result in a Joint Venture, Sale or continued hold for the properties. We have received a number of proposals from commercial agents to place the properties.

  • As advised, the Company, as a result of being approached by several parties seeking either sale of Joint Venture of the Warnervale West side property, engaged Knight Frank Central Coast to provide the Company with expressions of interest. The directors are considering the prospects put forward for a Joint Venture, Sale or leasing of surplus undeveloped land. We have also received a number of offers for sale however have rejected on basis of price. Di Jones commercial have provided a prospective purchaser and they are performing due diligence with a proposal of submitting an offer to purchase.

  • As a result, the Company is further considering a corporate restructure shortly.

  • Vendor finance receivable $2.4 million had been received in full by the company in July 2025.
