As at 30 June 2007, Hudson Group purchased Hudson Marketing Pty Ltd from Hudson Resources Ltd. Hudson Marketing Pty Ltd contains the manufacturing and sales business of Attapulgite based products. This sale process is pending shareholder approval due 6th September 2007.
